inclination towards healthcare by leveraging a global network of
experienced professionals, investors, partners, and industry leaders.

Why OIH?

Orbit Innovation Hub is a digital innovation ecosystem where local talent can
innovate and collaborate to address global issues in a sector-agnostic manner.
The hub is a branch of Orbit Health, a leading healthtech firm in Africa that has
been spearheading efforts to transform health delivery in Ethiopia. The Hub will be
a platform where incubatees will get to develop and accelerate their business
ideas from ideation to product-launch stages. In doing so, the hub will provide
young entrepreneurs with the network and resources they need to succeed in
their respective ventures.

Why an Innovation Hub?

Orbit Health was founded by like minded individuals four years ago at a time
where digital innovation was next to impossible to get off the ground. With the
lessons of its past efforts in mind, Orbit Health aims to guide and cultivate digital
innovators to navigate this industry by establishing Orbit Innovation Hub.
Moreover, Orbit Innovation Hub aspires to not only create an enabling ecosystem
for innovators but reduce the gap in the digital divide that exists in Africa.
